In order to fulfill the great commission of making disciples in a systematic and progressive manner Cascade has adapted the four base discipleship program that is used in the "Purpose Driven" model of Saddleback church. The four bases:

101 class - What the church believes and how to become a member.
201 class - Growing in Christ and how to become a mature Christian.
301 class - What your gifts/S.H.A.P.E. may be and its application in your ministry.
401 class - Develops your ability to share Christ and fulfill your mission in life.
